P.S. Social Hub Teen Membership Policy

At P.S. Social Hub, our goal is to provide teens with safe, engaging, and enriching experiences through verified programs and events. By becoming a member, teens agree to the following membership policies and guidelines.

1. Membership Eligibility

✅ Ages 12-18: Membership is open to teens between the ages of 12-18.
✅ Age Limit: On their 19th birthday, members will be removed from the Hub and provided with resources to continue their involvement in other community programs.
✅ Teen-Owned Accounts: Members must register with their own email (not a parent’s email) to be eligible for app access on their device.

2. Membership Activity & Attendance Policy

To ensure active engagement, members must participate in an event or program at least once every 90 days.

🔸 30 Days of Inactivity – Member will receive a notification reminder to attend an event or program.
🔸 60 Days of Inactivity – Member will be placed on probation, and a program host will reach out with a personal invitation to re-engage.
🔸 90 Days of Inactivity – Membership will be automatically deleted from the system.
🔸 Rejoining: Members can reapply at any time after being removed.

This policy ensures that funding and resources are allocated to active participants.

3. Membership Cancellation

• Parent Cancellation: Parents may request membership cancellation at any time by emailing Owners@ProjectSaved.info.

• Parent Verification: Parents must have access to the teen’s email on file to verify the request.

• Automatic Cancellation: If access cannot be verified, membership will automatically be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

4. Privacy & Safety Measures

✅ Background Verification: All emails provided at sign-up undergo a security check to ensure membership exclusivity and a safe environment for teens.
✅ Private Information Protection: Phone numbers and emails are never shared with other members.
✅ Parental Check-Ins: We encourage parents to log into their teen’s app and members hub periodically to monitor activity, including who they follow and who follows them.

5. Use of Photos & Promotional Content

📸 By signing up, members grant permission for P.S. Social Hub to use event photos for promotional purposes.
📸 Most photos are taken at public events and community programs, ensuring they are safe for public viewing.

By signing up, members grant permission for text message notifications, email notifications, and  agree to receiving promotional information that is suitable for ages 12-18.

6. Community & Mental Health Support

💡 Encouraging Friendships: We encourage members to build friendships and attend events together.
💡 Conflict Resolution: While we do not intervene in personal matters outside of P.S. Social Hub, we have a counselor on staff available for conflict resolution and mental health support.
💡 Mental Health Services: If you have concerns or need assistance, please contact our help desk for available mental health services.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing up for P.S. Social Hub, members and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the policies outlined above.

We are not a religious organization, and we do not impose religious beliefs on any participant. However, we stand firmly on biblical principles and create spaces where youth can engage in open, honest conversations about faith, purpose, a higher power, and the love Jesus demonstrated as reflected in the historical accounts of the Bible. Our goal is to inspire, guide, and support teens through real-life applications of timeless wisdom, helping them discover meaning, build character, and grow in leadership.
