Jesus Take the City is a dynamic one-day experience bringing worship, prayer, and real conversations to the heart of Flint, Michigan. With powerful performances, live music, teen-led forums, and a lineup of engaging speakers, the event is designed to uplift Gen Z, families, and the community. Local churches are coming together in unity, alongside vendors and organizations, to create a vibrant atmosphere of faith, fellowship, and purpose. Vouchers for food will be available to ensure families can enjoy the day without barriers. It’s more than just an event—it’s a movement of healing, hope, and revival. Be a part of the movement by donating Bibles, setting up a vendor table to share your ministry or services, and joining us in prayer and outreach. Together, we can show the love of Christ beyond the walls and into the heart of the community.

The vision behind this moment has been one shaped by patience, prayer, and divine timing. What you see today is the result of a journey built through heavenly connections and the faithful alignment of community leaders and servants who carry the heart of God for this city. Executive Director Dayna McGhee has spent this past year under the mentorship and spiritual covering of local leaders, intentionally preparing for this season of ministry. Through that preparation, God has revealed not only the assignment—but also the right people, places, and timing to carry it forward. This is more than an event—it’s the unfolding of a calling that’s been nurtured, refined, and now released for such a time as this.
